Review: Okay. Nick did a good job grilling the chicken. We aren't much on cucumber, so the salsa was a bit to heavy on that.
Changes: I didn't have mint leaves so I used ginger. I have no idea how this affected things. But the salsa was still okay.
Served With: Salad and cooked carrots
