Crock-pot Rotisserie Chicken

Review: Delicious! Pretty easy, except deskinning the chicken.
Changes: I just eyeballed all the ingredients.
Served With: Homemade bread and mashed sweet potatoes.

Plenty of leftovers! I think I'll make some chicken salad and freeze some for another meal.

Sorry for the lack of pictures, the camera was in the basement hiding...

Hah, you can leave the skin on... but then you might want to put the spices under the skin. But that just sounds wrong.
